It’s a 35,000 square feet training facility that has huge training rooms, an indoor shooting range, a simulated airplane cabin, an “apartment” for home-invasion training . . . and much more. You’ve probably never seen so many punching bags in one place. But we offer so much more than punching and kicking. You’ll find a variety of fitness classes and exercise gear to help you achieve peak performance.
