This new program is a comprehensive DIY designed workout that has been put together by our new Fitness Director, Tanner Dean. These workouts are designed to get you in the best overall condition safely at a pace that works efficiently for each individual. You will be able to obtain these workouts from the front desk each morning. There will also be a video of each workout that can be played in the open gym area.  At the end of each workout there will be a challenge for daily bragging rights. Record your results on the board in the Open Gym and don’t forget to share on our  Facebook/Instagram page!
