Parking lot attacks happen when you least expect them.

This seminar is for ladies (age 12 and up) who expect the unexpected.

Learn how to defend yourself when you are in a parking lot . . . getting in and out of your car . . . loading/unloading packages from the trunk . . . and attacked while jogging. The focus will be on what can happen when you are outdoors and vulnerable to surprise attacks.

This seminar will take place at the Krav Maga Regional Training Center, which is right beside Crossroads Shopping Mall at 100 Crossroads Blvd. It will be April 10 (Saturday), from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The fee for the seminar will be a $20 donation to Voices Against Sexual Assault.
