Well over a hundred women participated in last Saturday's sexual assault defense seminar!

In an intense 3-hour seminar (no, make that 4+ hours) the participants learned how exactly what to do when their life is on the line. They laughed, cried, yelled, and jumped for joy as they discovered they now possess the skills and confidence they need to defend themselves.

Participants had to fight their way out of simulated attacks. We had instructors in three full-body attack suits challenging the participants in realistic situations: while making a withdrawal at an automated teller machine . . . approaching a car . . . or alone in a residence.
