STW January Member of the Month: Angie Santos

Wheelchair Bound to Finding the Warrior Within Angie is no stranger to our center.  This quiet, 5 foot 4 inch, petite woman is an inspiration to anyone who knows her. It eventually causes the affected spinal bones to join together and the bone starts to grow on top of bone, a very painful and debilitating illness. I recently had the privilege of interviewing Ms. Santos and this is her story:   “I’ve had...

STW Shoutouts! Read what others are saying about us…

“I enrolled at STW Krav Maga about two months ago with Nick, one of their sales people. Not only did he walk me and my wife around the facility, but he showed us a variety of exercises that we would be doing in the classes, and even had us try some with him! He explained that the center makes you happy with yourself and confident, getting you back into the shape you want to be in. I was sold, but my wife was worried about the terms. He spent over an hour allowing us to read over the entire one page contract, front and back, without a frown or sigh. The man made both of us feel very assured...
